Job Purpose & Position OverviewPlays a key role in supporting the end-to-end workflow of the Benefits Advisory team – from pre-sale activities that help secure new groups through onboarding, renewals, and ongoing client service.This position requires a solid foundation understanding of benefits operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.The Associate ensures accurate processing of enrollments and terminations, timely resolution of billing and claims issues, and consistent coordination across carriers, vendors, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Renewal SupportProvide new business support at the direction of the Account Manager/Executive and Producers.Manage marketing timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.Review RFPs, identify and obtain missing information, and submit complete packages to the designated marketplace, Archon, and Perfect Quote systems.Track carrier receipt of RFPs and ensure all proposal deadli...
