You are the regulatory anchor of the brokerage and a trusted partner to thousands of agents across Ontario. You protect how we operate, raise the bar on agent practice, and represent RAHR with regulators, industry bodies, and the broader real‑estate community. You work alongside our managing brokers, leadership team, and the wider myAbode network to keep our standards high and our agents moving forward.
The objective is clear: ensure RAHR operates with full compliance and confidence, while creating an environment where agents feel supported, accountable, and set up to do their best work.
