Brazil - Operations Representative (Roc Operator)

Business Need / Purpose of Role:

The ROC Operator reporting to the ROC Manager is for coordinating and assisting vessels with inward/outward clearance providing all necessary husbandry assistance to the Master and Principal ensuring fast efficient and smooth turnaround in port.

• Deliver a positive customer experience at all opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and principal requirements. Working proactively to maximize customer experience.
• Establish and maintain formal relationship with principals, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, and service providers to exchange information and views to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.
