Job Description
RINA is currently recruiting for a Brazil Energy Site Engineer to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Plant Engineering Division.
Key Accountabilities
- Assessment of the structural integrity of subsea risers using numerical models based on the finite element method;
- Preparation of technical reports following Petrobras specifications for top tension, structural, and fatigue analyses of flexible pipes;
- Participation in technical meetings, providing recommendations and solutions based on applicable technical standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering with an active CREA license.
- Experience in subsea projects with pipelines.
- Good experience with OrcaFlex software.
- Experience with dynamic analysis of flexible pipes.
- Fluent or advanced English level (weekly meetings in English).
