Summary

Lead a designer brand department on the store floor, driving personal sales and developing a loyal clientele through exceptional in-store and online customer experiences. Act as a brand ambassador by preparing for client appointments, coaching advisors on product knowledge, and ensuring the brand image and inventory presentation are maintained. This is a full-time retail role based at Les Cours Mont-Royal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designer brand/department and focus on achieving sales goals.
• Deliver product knowledge training to advisors and develop brand image and taste level.
