Job Description
We are looking for a Brand & Performance Insights Intern to join the Insights Team. Reporting to the Brand & Performance Strategist - Seasonal brands, you will play a key role in supporting the translation of data into insights that inform marketing decisions and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) execution. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, consumer and market data, and contributing to insight development through rigorous analysis and clear reporting. Working closely with Brand Strategy, Market Research, Customer Analytics, and Digital Analytics teams, you will help connect data sources, surface patterns, and validate hypotheses that support brand priorities and growth initiatives. Your work will contribute to improving marketing effectiveness, strengthening consumer understanding, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across brands.
