CONFIE in Mexico City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Interviewer who will be responsible for the effective selection of qualified personnel. This includes conducting in-person and remote interviews, performing assessments, and ensuring compliance with hiring requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, a Bachelor's degree is desirable, and possess strong skills in English and various ATS tools.
