Join AEO as a part-time Brand Ambassador in Waterloo, ON, where you’ll create memorable shopping experiences for guests. Your enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products will be key in achieving brand loyalty.
As the face of AEO, you will interact with customers using the AEO Selling Model, guide them in choosing products, and share the benefits of our loyalty program. Your role will require adaptability across different store areas while upholding our core values and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model
• Share product knowledge and personalized suggestions
• Promote AEO's loyalty programs and available channels
• Flexibly rotate between different store territories
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous retail experience is a plus
