The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and strategic sales leader to take the helm of our Winnipeg branch. As the Branch Sales Leader, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and lead a dedicated team of 8‑10 direct reports. You will be a pivotal member of our leadership team, championing revenue growth and ensuring our local operations align with Durabuilt’s high standards and core values.
