Direct the day-to-day activities of the Operations Managers.
Manage and grow provincial accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Assist the Regional Director with revenue growth, employee and customer retention.
Respond to new customer sales requests and inquiries.
Manage existing customer service requests, inquiries and escalations.
Ability to provide support in managing employee or customer issues that Operations Managers may have.
