A fast-growing and reputable Rural Bank in the Eastern Region of Ghana, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Branch Manager to provide strategic leadership and drive the overall performance of a Branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and supervision to branch staff to ensure the achievement of operational, financial, and customer service targets.

• Drive deposit mobilization and growth of the bank’s customer base.

• Oversee credit administration, including loan appraisal, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, AML/CFT guidelines, and all policies of the Bank of Ghana and ARB Apex Bank.
