Are you a seasoned Restoration Project Manager with a natural gift for leadership? On Side Restoration is looking for a Branch Leader to bridge the gap between project execution and team development. In this role, you’ll stay grounded in the field managing restoration projects while acting as the operational heartbeat of the branch. You’ll be responsible for the ‘people side’ of the business, fostering a positive culture, streamlining workflows, and ensuring our team hits every mark for compliance and excellence.

Branch Leaders are responsible for:
Maintaining claims volumes based on the needs of the branch

Setting the expectation of superior customer service interactions by team members with customers.
