Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performance sales team with a strong focus on clienteling and conversion
- Drive boutique revenue through disciplined KPI management, pipeline development, and sales leadership on the floor
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value clients, focusing on repeat business and long-term loyalty
- Lead from the front by actively engaging clients during peak periods and high‑value transactions
- Oversee all boutique operations including inventory control, merchandising standards, and brand execution
