Location: Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor)
Season: Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, must be available weekends
- Shift A: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun
- Shift B: Tues / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun
About The Role
The Bouquet Wrapping & Merchandise Manager oversees all bouquet wrapping, tulip counting, merchandise sales, and POS operations. This role ensures accuracy, speed, and a positive final impression for guests. This is a retail leadership role requiring strong attention to detail and team management. This role reports directly to the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise bouquet wrapping and merchandise staff
- Ensure tulips are counted accurately and extra stems are charged correctly
- Oversee POS systems and cashless checkout
