Boucher Bros Lumber Ltd. is hiring for Fire Watch positions based in Nampa, Alberta. This maintenance role requires shift flexibility and a keen eye for safety and detail in supporting welding operations.
Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently while managing various responsibilities. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will assist with Fire Watch, perform cleaning tasks, and conduct building checks, gaining potential apprenticeship credits in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist welders by performing Fire Watch duties
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct thorough building inspections
• Document all tasks and priority management
• Work independently while adhering to safety standards
• Rotate between day and night shifts as necessary
