Ledgent is seeking a Construction Bookkeeper/Office manager for an on-site position!

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of accounting experience in the construction industry
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook- Preferred Foundation
  • Knowledge of standard practices of and lien releases
  • Proficient in basic accounting principles
  • Must be reliable, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting, payments, billing, and administration
  • Tracking Notice to Owner (NTOs) received and required Release of Liens
  • Responsible for preparing and compiling monthly project draw applications to owners
  • Assist project team with processing and approval of monthly subcontractor billings and general job cost invoices
