Bookkeeper

Established U.S.-based CPA firm seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with advanced QuickBooks Desktop expertise to support multiple client accounts. This is a highly detail-oriented, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple U.S.-based clients
• Perform manual transaction entry from bank and credit card statements
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Journal entries and general ledger review
• Month-end close
• Identify and fix discrepancies
• Bulk transaction entry and imports when needed
• Communicate with clients via email and occasional calls/Zoom

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
• Advanced QuickBooks Desktop (mandatory)
• QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience with U.S.-based companies
