You will be working for a small construction organisation based just outside of Birmingham city centre.

Your new role

You’ll join a small, fast-paced construction SME in a hands-on, all-round role covering finance administration on a temporary, ongoing basis. Working closely with the Director, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the accounts while also keeping the office running smoothly, with a high level of autonomy and trust. On a daily basis, you’ll manage full bookkeeping duties using Sage 50, including processing sales and purchase ledger transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing bank reconciliations. You’ll be responsible for preparing and submitting VAT returns, as well as handling all aspects of CIS verification and administration.
