Lead the engineering and design of Body Sealing components with Stellantis. Focus on product development, quality improvements, and cost efficiency in this hands-on role.
As a Body Sealing Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and production release of sealing components. This position requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to meet vehicle objectives effectively. You will also support plant launches and resolve emerging issues on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design and release of BIW Sealing components
• Collaborate with suppliers and vehicle plants for manufacturability
• Develop and manage CBOM for subassemblies
• Create technical documentation and conduct reviews
• Define and track engineering validation plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• 0-2 years in automotive sheet metal development
