This strategic role is responsible for leading end-to-end design and development of complex medical devices in BlueRock's Cell Therapy portfolio. You will work closely with a talented cross-functional team to ensure that products meet regulatory standards while addressing unmet patient needs. Proven experience in drug delivery device development is critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical strategies for combination medical devices
• Collaborate across teams in device development and manufacturing
• Serve as escalation point for device-related challenges
• Ensure compliance with design controls and QMS
• Oversee design transfer to manufacturing
