Job Description
Take a step forward as a Used Vehicle Sales Administrator at Birchwood. Your detail-oriented administrative skills will be key in supporting our sales initiatives and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with the General Sales Manager to handle various aspects of used vehicle operations. This includes managing critical tasks such as stock documentation, coordinating inspections, and ensuring all vehicles are retail-ready. Strong collaborative and organizational skills will be imperative for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document vehicle conditions and manage inventory in Hub/CDK
• Oversee inspections and manage vehicle reconditioning
• Track necessary paperwork, lease buy-ins, and TODs
• Handle advertising, including photos and online listings
• Ensure retail readiness of vehicles after reconditioning
