CAD 84,000 – CAD 90,000 per year (Canada only).

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently execute statistical aspects of projects that meet client expectations.
• Provide one‑on‑one mentorship to new employees and co‑ops.
• Assist in training junior statisticians to develop methodological expertise and professional skills.
• Develop statistical analysis plans.
• Conduct statistical analyses.
• Interpret and disseminate findings.
• Oversee and implement quality‑control activities.
• Lead or participate in the development or modification of novel statistical analysis code.
• Create, maintain, or extend R packages and R Shiny applications to standardize common statistical routines and enable accessibility, using Git for version control and Bitbucket for collaboration.
