Position Summary
Are you a Biologics Lead looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Communicable Disease department.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Communicable Disease, the Biologics Lead supports the ongoing coordination of Northern Health’s (NH) vaccine inventory and outbreak pandemic preparation and response, with particular focus on ensuring cold chain requirements and timely vaccine distribution practices are maintained to ensure a sufficient supply of viable vaccine. Ensures NH’s communities are equipped to store and monitor vaccines with plans in place to mitigate cold chain breaks, and vaccine wastage due to improper handling or ordering, or equipment or power failures.
