Bio-Solutions Program Manager

Position Purpose

The role holder will be responsible for the strategic planning, direction, coordination and supervision of Research & Development activities of Biologicals. The role holder will lead and enable cutting edge Biological products focused on crop protection, bio stimulants & improving soil health and guide the testing of new products. The role holder will lead in identifying and incorporating new technologies, building national and international collaborations to achieve progress in technological innovations. Position is responsible for increasing the company's success in overall biological portfolio/formulations by delivering sustainable flow of products on medium to long term. This position is responsible for creating and managing IP, personnel and budget for biological research & development. Supporting the assessment / evaluation of new technology opportunities.
