Billing Specialist
Job Description
Position Responsibilities
Support customers over the phone and through email to process order payments.
Work with customers who have special billing requirements to pay invoices.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product returns, rebills or any customer invoicing issues.
Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
