Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate communication of billing rates and requirements to lawyers, the Client Services Team, and Business Services Support Teams.
• Manage billing rate agreement renewals on an annual and ad hoc basis, collaborating with responsible lawyers.
• Maintain the Special Fee Rate report, highlighting any special billing rate arrangements to the Toronto Finance Committee.
• Communicate any rate inconsistencies with the responsible lawyer(s) and coordinate the agreement process.
• Analyze and propose billing rates for new timekeepers, without predetermined set rates.
