Overview
Spectrum Health Care is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing & Payroll Coordinator for a one-year contract. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate billing and payroll for the field staff providing essential home healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Payroll: Verify field employee timekeeping, follow up on missing logs, ensure scheduled visits and attendance records are accurate; process bi-weekly payroll on time; address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Billing: Support billing reconciliation for government programs and private services; ensure all services are billed and paid accurately, including required adjustments.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in billing and payroll processes by identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending procedural enhancements.
