About the Role
SKIDATA is seeking a Billing & Contract Administrator to support the administration, quoting, and lifecycle management of customer service contracts as part of the implementation of ServiceNow Contract Workspace. This role is responsible for ensuring contract accuracy, billing alignment, and compliance throughout the full contract lifecycle. The position works closely with Service, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations to support contract governance, service eligibility, and revenue protection.
