Billing Clerk - Afternoon Shift
Job Description
As a Billing Clerk , you will play a key role in supporting our dispatch team by ensuring accuracy in billing, data entry, and shipment documentation while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and contribute to our continued success as a trusted leader in transportation.
Location: Cornwall, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM - 11PM, in-person
What You Will Do
- Provide daily administrative support to the dispatch team
- Accurately complete daily data entry of shipment paperwork
- Review and process billing and shipment documentation
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails
- Communicate daily with customers and drivers regarding pickups, and deliveries
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
