Role Overview
The Technical Services Coordinator plays a central role in organizing the activities of technicians, whether in the field, workshop, or a combination of both. The coordinator plans inspection and maintenance assignments, prepares maintenance quotes, and ensures coordination of resources while maintaining quality customer relationships.

- Assist the main coordinator.
- Prepare quotes and follow up on recurring mandates.
- Respond to email inquiries and make initial contacts.
- Manage billing to clients and complete the required documentation for mandates.
- Act as contact between customer service and technician on the road across Canada.
