We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Event & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role you will support campus initiatives, coordinate events, and help drive recruitment efforts across our organization, with a particular focus on supporting the Quebec recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of campus initiatives, conferences, and recruitment events.
• Support Quebec‑based recruiting teams and talent initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end event logistics including planning, vendors, materials, and onsite execution.
• Support candidate engagement activities including follow‑ups, lead generation, and job postings.
• Manage event supplies, swag, shipping, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
