Responsibilities
Process offers and manage onboarding workflow through our ATS.Verify new hire documentation and coordinate background checks as required.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from interview to training.Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance the new hire journey.Maintain strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and workflow organization.What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in high-volume Talent Acquisition (agency, retail, or corporate experience is an asset).Experience with an ATS (iCIMS preferred).Fully bilingual in French & English (spoken, written, and read).Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to evolving hiring needs.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and networking abilities.Experience in onboarding or employee integration is...
