Bilingual Systems Analyst

CUPE is welcoming applications for the bilingual position of Systems Analyst within the Pension Administration Office to work at the National Office located in Ottawa, Ontario.

Under the direction of the Principal of Pension Benefits Administration, the Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting key modernization initiatives related to the Pension Plan administration operations. The Systems Analyst will contribute to the transition to a new pension administration system, support the review and streamlining of existing administration processes, and assist with the digitization of pension files to ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements. The role will also support the enhancement of the pension website to enable electronic communications and secure document transmission for members and stakeholders.
