5+ years of subrogation, lien resolution, or personal‑injury case management experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience required. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Subrogation Manager to lead our subrogation department, overseeing lien recovery and claims resolution for personal injury cases. You will manage a team of subrogation specialists, handle complex cases involving Medicare, Medi‑Cal, VA, and private insurance, and drive compliance and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee identification, management, and resolution of liens related to personal injury cases
• Manage the entire subrogation process from claim investigation to recovery
