Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Service Desk Support Analyst to play a vital role in IT operations during a digital transformation period. Provide exceptional front-line support in both French and English.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for IT service requests from corporate users and retail locations throughout New Brunswick. Your 2+ years of experience in desktop support will enable you to provide valuable technical assistance and ensure a positive user experience as incidents are resolved timely.
