Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced desktop and Office tool support
• Execute laptop refresh projects using Intune and SCCM
• Perform device imaging, provisioning, and configuration
• Conduct data migration and hardware troubleshooting
• Manage IT asset tracking and endpoint security controls
