Job Summary The Bilingual Senior HR Business Partner provides HR expertise, partnership, and support to their assigned client group. This role is accountable for delivering strategic and effective HR solutions to attract, manage, develop, and retain employees. Responsibilities include recruitment, retention, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, HR policy and procedures, and health & safety. The Senior Manager also advises leadership on HR issues, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and Canadian legislation.
