Support unforgettable RV adventures with Fraserway RV as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Halifax. Seasonal roles available from April to September 2026.
In your role as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers during their rental experience, welcoming them and providing professional guidance throughout. This position requires fluency in English along with either German or Dutch to serve our international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm welcomes to customers
• Guide clients through the RV rental experience
• Ensure all paperwork is completed clearly
• Demonstrate RV features for customer confidence
• Address customer inquiries and check in RVs
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and German or Dutch
• Strong service-oriented communication skills
• Dependability and a positive work ethic
• Willingness to work weekends
• Interest in crafting memorable travel experiences
