In this role, you will support groups with under 50 lives for their renewal needs. Responsibilities include analyzing claims and suggesting plan modifications while collaborating with Account Executives to strengthen client relationships. Utilize your understanding of underwriting and current trends in the group benefits industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage renewals for group benefit plans
• Analyze claims experience and develop renewal recommendations
• Recommend cost-control strategies based on client needs
• Communicate renewal results to advisors and internal teams
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service for issue resolution
Requirements:
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of underwriting concepts and group benefits
