We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Specialist/Case Evaluation Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients at a law firm.

• Serve as the first contact for new potential clients.
• Conduct initial client interviews to gather relevant case details.
• Evaluate case eligibility based on firm criteria.
• Accurately document and organize all client information within firm systems.
• Maintain and update client databases.
• Coordinate closely with attorneys to ensure seamless case transfer.
• Provide ongoing communication to clients during the intake stage.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
