THE ROLE
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual Receptionist and Lead Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our Dorval office. This is not a passive front desk role — you will be the first voice a homeowner hears after a flood, a fire, or when they’re ready to renovate. You’ll play a key role in capturing every incoming lead, keeping our front office running smoothly, and ensuring every client and visitor has a professional, welcoming experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and urgency — including emergency restoration inquiries (fire, flood, water damage)
