QAI Laboratories is looking for a Bilingual Project Specialist II to join their team. In this role, you will review building plans, evaluate compliance with various codes, and travel across Canada and the USA for inspections. Your knowledge of building science and engineering will be essential to produce detailed reports and provide technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review building plans for compliance with applicable codes
• Conduct inspections and report findings at client sites
• Write and evaluate concise evaluation reports
• Assist clients with product compliance needs
• Document testing methods and results
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant project experience
• P.Eng. or EIT license required
• Technical diploma in engineering or related field
