This key role at UWW/EXP allows you to blend your outreach skills with a passion for social equity. You’ll implement innovative strategies while building and nurturing partnerships, ensuring access to resources for diverse communities in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and sustain community organization partnerships
• Identify and engage potential clients through outreach
• Execute reliable tracking and follow-up systems
• Lead informative community engagement sessions
• Manage partner data within Salesforce system
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in community outreach
• Proven ability to meet performance targets in a timely manner
• Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English
• Experience with diverse client populations in social services
