Bilingual Junior Analyst, Corporate Development

Job Description

Join our team as a Bilingual Junior Analyst, Corporate Development! In this role you’ll be collaborating with our Corporate Development Team assisting in the sourcing and analysis of potential acquisition targets to achieve annual KPI’s including acquired EBITDA, IRR, and related targets. You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams and externally with vendor optometrists and their advisors.

This position is based at our Home Office in Calgary, Alberta.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Supporting the management of deal flow during the valuation process, including but not limited to, preparing NDA’s, assisting with the due diligence and analysis, drafting offer presentations, and drafting term sheets
• Assisting in financial modelling of acquisition opportunities
