Responsibilities: Assist customers navigating our website, creating and editing custom designs, and processing accurate orders. Provide competitive quotes for custom t‑shirt requests. Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction. Execute time‑sensitive follow‑ups for potential sales and customer service needs. Maintain detailed order records and collaborate with project managers on production scheduling.
Job Requirements: Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems. Bilingual in English (minimum 90% proficiency) and Spanish.
