You'll play an essential role in reviewing and updating insurance documents while proactively managing customer and agent relationships. Your attention to detail and accountability will support timely resolutions of insurance-related issues, contributing to seamless operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm assets have the correct insurance and registration
• Process insurance documentation and update systems accurately
• Communicate with customers to resolve insurance cancellations
• Escalate delinquencies to Collections as per procedures
• Administer the Loss Damage Waiver program through effective quoting
