Bilingual HR Generalist (Mexico) — Compliance & People

Blue-Grace Logistics LLC is looking for an HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions at our Guadalajara office. This key role will ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, and recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of HR experience, and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
