Bilingual – Functional QA

Location: Toronto

Hybrid: 2 days a week in office

Role Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual QA Analyst with strong banking domain experience to support enterprise‑scale banking applications across channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to ensure high‑quality delivery of banking solutions, performing functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing in Agile environments, while engaging with English‑ and French‑speaking users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing for banking applications including payments, cards, accounts, lending, or wealth modules.
• Review and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with BAs and Product Owners.
