POSITION OVERVIEW
Multimedia Content Agents - the inbound call center side for any of the products for existing clients. This Bilingual (French) MCA handles any updates or changes for websites already published.
They are helping with technical questions about domain name changes or emails questions (cases). If they cannot answer the question on the spot then they'll have to triage it to the right department.
Working cases as well which would be the email questions that come through. The volume would be around 10 inbound calls per day, 20-40 emails/cases per day goal is to handle each case within 11 minutes unless its a complicated case.
