This full-time, permanent role involves conducting software training sessions and providing excellent customer service to ensure user success. You'll travel throughout North America for onsite training and develop a thorough understanding of PBS software, all while fostering a collaborative environment among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions for Dealer Management Software
• Manage and deliver assigned training independently
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Handle training requests promptly and efficiently
• Share knowledge across teams to enhance learning
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English
• 1-2 years in a dealership, specializing in Fixed Operations
